Primary Care Physician Miami, FL
COMPENSATION: Salary $250k+ Incentive Bonus + Signing Bonus up to $50k

We build relationships with our patients the old fashion way, we have a reduced patient panel that allows us to see them with a higher frequency. Simply put, we give our patients the time and respect they deserve and require.
Role:
- Compensation: Base $250k
- Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary
- Partnership: No Buy-in. .
- 18-20 patients a day
- Hours: Monday Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)

- Small Patient Panel 450 patients max
- Administrative time included in schedule
- No nights or in hospital call
- 100% outpatient
- Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler/Referral specialist)
- Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

Requirements:
- Residency Trained IM/FM
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
- Bilingual: Spanish Speaking (Russian Speaking a Plus)
