Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - Summary- Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated, patient-focused care
- Work in a permanent, full-time capacity with a consistent weekday schedule

- Conduct patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on current best practices and patient needs
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state and federal regulations

- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure coordinated care delivery
- Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
