Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - Summary
- Full-time primary care role for Board Certified NP or PA
- Manage patient panel with ages spanning the lifespan
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care
- Utilize electronic medical records (Epic experience preferred)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations
- Manage chronic and acute conditions, including medication management
- Perform new patient consultations and routine follow-ups
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on preventive care and health maintenance
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care
- Document all encounters thoroughly and timely in EMR (Epic preferred)
- Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols, policies, and regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives as required
- Build and maintain a consistent patient panel; work with autonomy as experience grows

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Active North Carolina license preferred (or eligibility to obtain)
- Minimum of two years' experience as an advanced practice provider in primary care
- Ability to see and manage patients of all ages
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Epic electronic health records is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
