Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose, and manage both chronic and acute medical conditions in adult patients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other team members to provide coordinated care.
- Perform routine examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as needed.
- Educate patients and families on treatment options, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Document patient encounters thoroughly and accurately in the electronic health record system.
- Participate in phone-only call rotations, with a manageable and light call volume.
- Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory standards of practice.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current or pending licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Georgia.
- Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program.
- Relevant certification and credentialing as required for practice.
- Experience in primary care or internal medicine preferred.
- Eligibility to work in the United States (US citizens and green card holders accepted).
