Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - Summary- Permanent, full-time position within a collaborative primary care setting
- Focus on preventive care, acute and chronic disease management, and patient education

- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Certification by an accredited NP or PA certifying body
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Experience in primary care or a closely related clinical field preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
