Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - Summary
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services in a collaborative, patient-centered environment

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed patient histories and physical examinations
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized patient care plans
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in electronic health records

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current and valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in accordance with state regulations
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- National board certification as an NP or PA (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated clinical experience in primary care or family medicine settings
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
