Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - Summary- Full-time outpatient role in a well-established primary care practice
- Work collaboratively with experienced physicians, nurse practitioners, and administrative staff
- Utilize Epic EHR for efficient patient management and documentation

- Perform routine examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as appropriate
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
- Participate in phone call rotation (approximately 1 in 6 weekends), providing after-hours support as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records utilizing Epic EHR
- Engage in continuous professional development and participate in ongoing training and educational sessions

- Experience in primary care or a related outpatient setting preferred
