Primary Care Medical Director (MD/DO) - Summary

- Maintain a patient care panel to remain connected to the clinical model and patient needs.
- Provide input and leadership on initiatives including quality improvement, HEDIS measures, documentation, coding, utilization management, transitional care, specialty network development, and patient engagement.

- Participate in opening new clinics and contribute to strategic growth initiatives within the market.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in value-based care or managed care settings is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills with a passion for developing clinical teams.
