Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor primary care providers (PCPs) within designated clinics, setting a standard for excellence in clinical care.
- Participate in clinical practice to remain connected to patients and support provider teams as needed.
- Collaborate with the operations team and executive leadership to oversee clinical operations and facilitate smooth clinic openings.
- Drive organizational goals related to quality improvement, network development, documentation and coding, utilization management, and compliance.
- Engage in strategic planning, supporting new market launches and expansion initiatives.
- Fill clinical gaps as necessary, especially during new market and clinic launches.
- Support continuous improvement by sharing best practices with other markets and participating in organization-wide initiatives.
- Communicate and reinforce the organization’s mission, fostering a culture of collaboration and patient-centered care.
- Participate in community outreach and patient engagement initiatives to improve health outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM) required; Geriatrics certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in value-based care (VBC) or managed care preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and lead clinical teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the designated market as needed.
