Pricing Manager - Summary

- Oversee the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of pricing data, ensuring alignment with internal controls and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with sales, finance, purchasing, operations, and IT teams to ensure cohesive pricing strategies and execution across the organization.
- Manage, enhance, and maintain pricing systems, policies, and operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
- Support key decision-making processes by providing analytical insights and recommendations related to pricing.
- Lead system enhancements and process improvements that contribute to operational effectiveness and organizational profitability.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in pricing, finance, revenue management, or a related field.
- At least two (2) years of supervisory or management experience in a pricing or finance-related function.
- Proven ability to develop or maintain pricing processes, controls, or governance frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional decision-making and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
