Power Platform Engineer
Location: Memphis, TN or Remote
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade solutions using Microsofts Power Platform. This role will focus on building scalable applications, automating workflows, and delivering data-driven insights while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI
- Build and manage integrations with enterprise systems using APIs and Microsoft technologies
- Develop solutions leveraging Dataverse and related data services
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance across Power Platform implementations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and optimize existing applications
- Contribute to Agile development processes and DevOps practices
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform development
- Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Experience with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS)
- Experience building and consuming APIs and integrating enterprise systems
- Familiarity with Dataverse and related data models
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as Azure DevOps and Git
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Dynamics 365 modules and integrations
- Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Azure SQL
- Experience with data migration tools such as SSIS or similar platforms
- Knowledge of advanced Power Platform configurations, including plugins, workflows, and custom actions
- Experience managing security within Power Apps environments
