Power Platform Developer - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade Power Apps solutions, including both Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
- Build and maintain advanced workflows using Power Automate, focusing on complex approval routing and process automation.
- Support the migration and modernization of SharePoint 2016 environments to SharePoint Online.
- Rebuild and update legacy InfoPath forms into modern Power Apps-based solutions.
- Convert existing Nintex workflows into efficient Power Automate flows.
- Integrate business solutions with Dataverse, SQL Server, EDI staging tables, and SharePoint Online to ensure data consistency and operational efficiency.
- Develop scalable backend architectures and robust data models to support enterprise applications.
- Leverage reusable UI components and templates to streamline development and accelerate solution delivery.
- Perform comprehensive testing and validation prior to quality assurance handoff.
- Deliver solutions of medium complexity within aggressive project timelines, ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders across Microsoft 365 environments to align project objectives and technical requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power Platform development within enterprise settings.
- Proficiency in developing both Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
- Advanced experience with Power Automate, including building complex workflows.
- Strong integration experience with Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint Online, and other structured data sources.
- Prior involvement in SharePoint migration and modernization projects.
- Hands-on experience converting InfoPath forms and Nintex workflows.
- Strong skills in SQL and relational database design.
- Background in .NET and C# development is preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of enterprise application architecture and scalable design principles.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments is highly preferred.
