Power Platform Developer - Summary
The Power Platform Developer position is designed for professionals with a strong background in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online. This role centers on developing, deploying, and administering enterprise automation and collaboration solutions. The Power Platform Developer will be responsible for converting manual or legacy processes into streamlined, automated workflows and forms, as well as supporting the organization’s strategic shift to cloud-based content management and collaboration tools. Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions to automate business processes, enhance productivity, and improve user experience.
- Convert existing PDF forms to Microsoft Forms, including redesign, build, and testing to ensure functionality and usability.
- Integrate Microsoft Forms with Power Automate Flows to create seamless, automated processes.
- Design, build, and test Power Automate Flows to automate repetitive or manual tasks, increasing operational efficiency.
- Implement approval routing, Outlook email integration, and SharePoint list synchronization within Power Automate Flows.
- Plan, design, and execute SharePoint Online intranet projects, including HUB site creation aligned with organizational objectives.
- Migrate content from legacy systems, such as Drupal, to SharePoint Online, ensuring integrity and accessibility of documents and forms.
- Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments, configure site collections and sites, manage libraries, lists, and daily operations.
- Review, update, and enforce SharePoint permissions, groups, and security settings in accordance with best practices.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues related to Power Platform and SharePoint Online.
- Implement best practices for data integrity, security, and governance, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Engage with end users and stakeholders to gather requirements, participate in meetings, and deliver actionable technical solutions.
- Provide technical and analytical guidance to developers, team members, and end-users on solution design and troubleshooting.
- Mentor and train junior developers or team members in Power Platform and SharePoint best practices.
- Deliver end-user training, documentation, and guidance on best practices for system use and administration.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience building and supporting Power Automate Flows, Power BI solutions, and enterprise automation processes.
- At least 5 years managing enterprise SharePoint environments, including site creation, permissions, workflows, intranet development, and governance.
- Proven track record in requirements gathering, data integration, workflow design, and supporting large user bases with effective communication.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and end-users.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers and team members.
- Commitment to best practices in data integrity, security, and governance in technology environments.
