The Power Platform Developer position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions in a dynamic, government-focused environment. As a Power Platform Developer, you will collaborate with both functional and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective, scalable backend data models using Dataverse, SharePoint, or other modern database technologies. This role requires advanced knowledge of integrating various Microsoft Power Platform tools and leveraging JavaScript, custom plug-ins, and external APIs to extend and customize platform capabilities. Additionally, you will mentor and train other developers, sharing best practices and troubleshooting techniques to promote efficient solution delivery across the team.
Candidates for this Power Platform Developer position should have proven experience working in Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments, ideally within large or government organizations. Expertise in developing custom Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate workflows is essential, as is familiarity with connectors, external data integrations, and Power BI. The right candidate will be comfortable taking ownership of projects, proactively identifying process improvements, and staying current with emerging Power Platform technologies and tools.

- Hands-on development experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate
- Experience designing and developing Power Pages, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps with Dataverse or related backend databases
- Knowledge of connectors, external integrations, and Power BI
- Ability to train and mentor other developers on Power Platform best practices
