Power Platform Administrator - Summary- Lead the administration and support of Microsoft Power Platform, including Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Deliver technical expertise and guidance on data integration, customization, and workflow optimization.
- Support AI capabilities within Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive digital innovation and efficient business processes.
- Configure, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with Power Platform tools.
- Develop and maintain Canvas apps in Power Platform to support evolving business needs.
- Document workflows, processes, and solutions to ensure operational consistency and compliance.
- Govern and support Microsoft 365 Copilot usage, including user enablement and monitoring for policy compliance.
- Administer AI features within Power Platform and M365, promoting responsible use and best practices.
- Utilize Co-Pilot Studio for streamlining application development and automation processes.
- Analyze technical issues, troubleshoot software applications, and provide expert debugging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for AI-driven workflow improvements and enhanced reporting.

- 8+ years of experience in customizing entities, workflows, and integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with Power Platform applications.
- 8+ years of experience troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, and debugging software applications.
- 5+ years of experience with data visualization principles and data modeling using Power-BI.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform administration, AI integration, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrates deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM, and Power-BI.
- Proven track record of supporting large-scale IT solutions and driving digital transformation initiatives.
