Power BI Developer - Summary

- Design and implement row-level security and data access controls for sensitive healthcare datasets.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience with Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service (cloud).
- Advanced skills in DAX, including time intelligence, CALCULATE, FILTER, iterators such as SUMX and AVERAGEX, variables, and virtual tables.
- 10+ years’ experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Online, with proficiency in Tableau Level of Detail (LOD) expressions and Power BI DAX equivalents.
- 5+ years’ experience working with healthcare data, including clinical, operational, financial, and population health datasets.
- Proven ability to build and maintain healthcare KPI dashboards for clinical or executive audiences.
- Strong communication skills and a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
