Post-Acute Care Physician (SNF) – MD/DO Summary- Serve as a post-acute care physician in a skilled nursing facility
- Full-time, onsite locums position with a locums-to-permanent track
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary network of physicians and APPs
- Deliver compassionate and comprehensive care to post-acute and geriatric patients
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Diagnose, manage, and treat a full spectrum of medical conditions common to post-acute and geriatric populations
- Work collaboratively with facility staff, including nurses, therapists, and APPs
- Oversee and supervise advanced practice providers as required
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning
- Document clinical encounters using facility EMR systems

- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
