POS Systems Administrator - Summary
- Configure, maintain, and support the Micros Simphony POS system to streamline restaurant operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Act as the subject matter expert for POS system setup, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to implement new POS features, upgrades, and integrations with online ordering and payment platforms.
- Provide hands-on support for integrations with OLO, OneDine, and Omnivore, ensuring seamless restaurant technology operations.
- Participate as a key contributor in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the Micros Simphony POS system for daily operations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for POS configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
- Integrate POS with third-party platforms for online and mobile/table ordering, as well as payment systems.
- Support implementation and maintenance of new POS features and system upgrades.
- Provide technical support and guidance for OLO, OneDine, and Omnivore integration projects.
- Work with IT and restaurant teams to resolve issues and enhance system performance.
- Assist in configuring menus, workflows, and integration setups within the POS environment.
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards for payment processing.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience with Micros Simphony in IT deployment, configuration, administration, or technical support.
- Strong technical background in IT systems, hardware, or software support with the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
- Experience in POS configuration and programming, including menus, workflows, and integration setup.
- Familiarity with OLO, OneDine, and Omnivore integrations.
- Exposure to payment systems such as CardPointe (Fiserv), Eigen, or equivalent payment gateways.
- Background in restaurant or hospitality industry POS support is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
