Pool Technician - Summary- Position: Pool Technician (Full-time)
- Location: Sanger, TX
- Employment Type: W-2, year-round
- Industry: Pool maintenance and service
- Perform routine pool cleaning, including vacuuming, brushing, netting, and emptying baskets during each visit.
- Conduct thorough water chemistry testing and ensure proper chemical balance for safe pool usage.
- Inspect and monitor pool equipment, promptly reporting any issues or maintenance needs to both clients and office staff.
- Carry out minor repairs as needed, maintain cleanliness of the shop, and perform routine vehicle maintenance.
- Maintain a regular schedule, servicing approximately 50-60 pools per week.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, addressing their pool maintenance concerns and providing updates as necessary.
- Adhere to company protocols and safety standards at all times.
- Competitive weekly pay, with starting rates from $800 to $1000 per week (pre-tax) based on experience and performance.
- Punctual payment with advancement opportunities based on performance and company needs.
- Full-time, consistent work schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 40 hours per week.
- Paid training provided, ensuring you have all the knowledge and tools needed to succeed as a Pool Technician.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Physically able to perform manual labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions provided during training and on the job.
- No prior pool maintenance experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying maintenance needs and solutions.
