Pool Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain pool cleanliness, including debris removal and regular surface cleaning
- Monitor and adjust chemical levels to ensure water safety and quality
- Operate, maintain, and clean pool equipment, including robotic vacuums and filtration systems
- Safely handle and maintain CO2 tanks as required
- Conduct and document pool water testing at least three times daily
- Perform regular pump room and chemical room inspections and maintenance, including lubrication of pumps, valves, and motors
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance activities and chemical usage
- Troubleshoot and respond promptly to equipment failures or operational issues
- Ensure all pool maintenance practices comply with applicable regulations and standards

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to swim and perform all essential pool maintenance duties
- Minimum of 2 years’ pool maintenance experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10 certification required after hire
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
- Experience with CO2 tank handling and related training preferred
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive, safety-conscious attitude
- Solid technical and mechanical aptitude is essential
