This role requires a minimum of 5 years of field experience in full-service plumbing, along with at least 3 years of experience specializing in commercial water heater systems. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, providing clear directions, reading maps, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of service delivery and training initiatives. Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written, is essential, and multilingual abilities are highly valued. A high school diploma or GED is required, as is a valid driver’s license and appropriate work authorization documentation.

Plumbing Supervisor - Summary- Lead and supervise plumbing operations across residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Oversee installation and servicing of water heaters, boilers, and related equipment
- Support technician routing and dispatch coordination
- Contribute to training program development and implementation
- Act as a technical resource for plumbing staff and customers
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Supervise daily field operations and manage plumbing technicians
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices
- Coordinate the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing and water heating systems
- Assist with the creation and delivery of training programs for staff development
- Support dispatchers in scheduling and routing technicians efficiently
- Prepare customer proposals and provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize computer systems for data entry, reporting, and workflow management
- Read maps and provide directions to field staff as needed
- Communicate effectively in English (additional languages a plus)
