Plumber - Installation (Journeyman, Plumbing Installer) - Summary- Full-time, hands-on role focusing on plumbing system installations.
- Work directly with installation coordinators and management to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
- Interact with customers to educate and inform them about available plumbing solutions.
- Ensure all installations meet organizational and industry standards.
- Work in close partnership with install coordinators and the Channel Manager to successfully execute installation projects from start to finish.
- Maintain regular communication with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned service requests.
- Perform plumbing system installations following all relevant codes and safety guidelines.
- Educate customers on repair and replacement options with professionalism and clarity.
- Uphold company standards for neatness, punctuality, and dependability.
- Complete digital invoices for each installation project and submit them in a timely manner.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry advancements and installation best practices.
- Perform physical labor, including working in enclosed spaces and handling plumbing equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including company-provided vans and tools.
