Plumber - Summary- Responsible for performing plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and light commercial clients.
- Ensures all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Provides professional and courteous service to customers, addressing their plumbing needs efficiently and effectively.
- Maintains clear documentation of work performed and materials used in the company CRM system.
- Participates in on-call rotations, including availability during nights and weekends as needed.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems such as water heaters, faucets, toilets, pipes, and drains.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and communicate repair or replacement options to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
- Document all service activities, materials used, and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and office staff to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotations, including nights and weekends, to provide timely service to clients.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of plumbing experience in residential and/or light commercial environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance of water heaters, faucets, toilets, piping, water filtration, and drainage systems.
- Valid state plumbing license; additional certifications such as Backflow Prevention or OSHA are a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, crawlspaces, attics, and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear, honest customer interactions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others as part of a team.
- Available for both full-time and part-time schedules, including on-call rotations for nights and weekends.
