As a Laundry Production Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the entire laundry process from the initial intake of soiled items to the final stages of folding, ironing, packing, and distribution. Laundry Production Associate - Summary- Front-line member of the commercial laundry production team
- Involved in soil sorting, weigh-in, and various other laundry processing activities
- Helps maintain operational efficiency and meet customer needs
- Opportunity to learn multiple aspects of industrial laundry operations
- Maintain continuous flow of linen into tunnel washers, dryers, and other machinery
- Sort soiled laundry and manage weigh-in processes for proper load distribution
- Load linen into machine pockets and ensure proper sizing to prevent overload
- Follow established safety protocols and production procedures at all times
- Consistently meet or exceed hourly production standards
- Identify and report technical issues that may impede production to supervisors
- Assist with additional tasks such as stain washing, folding, ironing, sewing/mending, and packing as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
