As a full-time Physician Recruiter, you will be instrumental in connecting highly qualified physicians with leading healthcare organizations across the United States. The position is available onsite in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, with remote consideration for recruiters demonstrating a strong track record in physician candidate recruitment and talent placement.
Working as a Physician Recruiter, you will utilize a broad array of resources—including Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, VMS platforms, DocCafe, HealtheCareers, MDJobSite, and more—to proactively source, engage, and manage high-caliber physician candidates in various specialties. You will play a key role in both the sourcing and full-cycle recruitment, ensuring that candidates are matched with positions that fit their professional aspirations and clinical expertise.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with business development and account management teams, aligning client needs with candidate strengths and maintaining accurate records within advanced CRM systems. Effective communication, the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and a relentless drive for results are essential for success in this position.

Physician Recruiter - Summary- Full-time position with national healthcare staffing leader, Palm Health Resources.
- Focus on candidate-side recruitment and talent acquisition for physicians in all specialties.
- Role available on-site in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, with remote options for experienced recruiters.
- Proactively source, engage, and qualify physicians for permanent roles nationwide using multiple channels (cold calls, emails, digital platforms).
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of high-quality physician candidates tailored to client requirements.
- Leverage advanced recruiting tools, including Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and healthcare job boards.
- Conduct detailed interviews and screenings for clinical and cultural fit.
- Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Navigate credentialing, licensing, and compliance processes with attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with candidates, offering career guidance and support.
- Collaborate with sales and account management to align staffing efforts with current client needs.
- Maintain detailed records and candidate pipelines using Salesforce CRM.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in permanent physician healthcare recruitment.
- Expertise in sourcing and screening candidates using job boards, databases, and direct outreach methods.
- Comfort with high-volume phone outreach (50+ calls per day).
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
