As a full-service firm specializing in locums staffing, Palm Health Resources expertly places Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and Allied Health professionals in top medical facilities across the nation. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for healthcare recruiting and business development to play a pivotal role in the ongoing growth and success of our Physician Division.
As a Physician Recruiter, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing, engaging, and placing Physicians across a variety of specialties. You will also build and nurture strong client relationships with healthcare organizations nationwide, ensuring an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates. This position provides immediate access to a wide array of job openings, over 500 exclusive staffing contracts, and an extensive suite of recruitment tools, including Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Definitive Healthcare, Indeed, and VMS platforms. You'll have the resources to build and grow your book of business from day one.
Located in the vibrant community of Ft. Lauderdale, this full-time role offers a collaborative, energetic office environment, with remote work considered for highly experienced recruiters. Physician Recruiter - Summary- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Physician placements across the United States
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities and medical professionals
- Utilize advanced recruitment tools and platforms for efficient sourcing and placement
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and market presence of Palm Health Resources
- Operate in a collaborative, high-performance team environment
- Identify and engage healthcare facilities and organizations to generate new business opportunities
- Open and manage job requisitions while negotiating contracts and maintaining long-term client partnerships
- Develop market strategies to differentiate Palm Health Resources in the competitive healthcare staffing sector
- Source, screen, and match qualified Physicians to client openings utilizing multiple outreach methods
- Oversee credentialing, licensing, and regulatory compliance for smooth, timely placements
- Leverage Salesforce CRM and additional platforms to manage workflows, track activities, and build strong talent pipelines
- Build consultative relationships with clients and candidates, providing strategic solutions to meet their needs
- Consistently meet or exceed performance and placement targets while upholding a high standard of service
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, strategies, and best practices

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, specifically in Physician staffing
- At least 3 years of B2B sales and/or healthcare business development experience
- Demonstrated track record of success in business development, account management, and recruiting (full desk)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable making high-volume outreach (50+ calls per day) and managing multiple tasks simultaneously

- Office hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Friday
- This is primarily an in-office position, with remote work considered for experienced recruiters with a proven track record in physician staffing
