Physician Recruiter - Summary- Full-time role focused on physician and healthcare provider recruitment in a fast-paced, supportive office environment.
- Integral member of the Locum Tenens Division, helping to fill vital staffing needs for healthcare organizations throughout the United States.

- Source, engage, and recruit highly qualified Physicians and Surgeons for nationwide locum tenens assignments.
- Build and manage professional relationships with healthcare providers through outbound calling, texting, emailing, and digital sourcing strategies.
- Maintain and grow client accounts by delivering strategic relationship management and exceptional service.
- Conduct outreach to prospective healthcare organizations to generate new business opportunities.
- Match candidate qualifications with job requirements, ensuring full compliance with credentialing, licensure, and board certification standards.
- Track all candidate and client interactions in recruitment databases, ensuring meticulous data accuracy.
- Collaborate with division leadership to refine market strategies and contribute ideas for business development.
- Achieve or exceed activity quotas and placement goals in line with company benchmarks.
- Stay current with market trends, specialty-specific insights, and evolving client needs.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 3 years of physician recruitment experience, preferably in locum tenens or healthcare staffing.
- Demonstrated success in business-to-business sales or client acquisition.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency with CRM systems and recruitment platforms.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to customer service.
