Physician Recruiter - Summary- Join a nationally recognized healthcare recruitment firm specializing in the placement of Physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Play an essential role in the Locum Tenens Division, with immediate access to active job orders and a strong contract base.
- Contribute to the delivery of quality healthcare by ensuring critical staffing needs are met across diverse healthcare settings.
- Source, engage, and recruit highly qualified Physicians and Surgeons for locum tenens opportunities across the United States.
- Build and manage relationships with healthcare professionals using outbound calling, texting, emailing, and digital sourcing methods.
- Maintain and expand key client accounts through strategic relationship management and exceptional service delivery.
- Conduct outreach to prospective healthcare organizations to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Match candidate qualifications to specific job requirements, ensuring compliance with credentialing, licensure, and board certifications.
- Track candidate and client interactions using a recruitment database and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine market strategies and support business development initiatives.
- Meet or exceed activity quotas and placement goals in alignment with company benchmarks.
- Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, specialty-specific insights, and evolving client needs.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in physician recruitment, preferably within a locum tenens or healthcare staffing setting.
- Demonstrated success in business-to-business sales and/or client acquisition.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and data entry skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and recruitment platforms.
- High degree of professionalism and a customer service orientation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hunter mentality.
- Persuasive communicator and skilled negotiator able to build lasting relationships.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily with confidence and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

- Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, in an in-office setting, with potential for a hybrid schedule based on performance.
