- Utilizes advanced clinical knowledge to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Current and unrestricted medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in relevant specialty
- Completion of accredited residency program
- BLS and/or ACLS certification as required
