Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients through thorough consultations, diagnostic examinations, and treatment plans.
- Diagnose a wide range of health conditions using appropriate medical assessments, tests, and procedures.
- Develop individualized patient treatment plans, oversee their implementation, and monitor patient progress regularly.
- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and administrative staff, to ensure holistic, coordinated care for all patients.
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, available treatments, and preventive health strategies to promote overall wellness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring all documentation is completed in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Stay current with advancements in medical technology, emerging treatments, and evolving best practices by participating in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited medical institution.
- Possession of a valid state medical license or eligibility to obtain state licensure as required for the Physician (MD) role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interactions with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based medical care.
- Ability and willingness to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Experience as a Physician (MD) is recommended but not mandatory. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply and begin their professional journey with us as a full-time Physician (MD).
