Physician Assistant – Thoracic Surgery (PA-C) Summary- Full-time, permanent position within a renowned thoracic surgery program
- Collaborate with board-certified thoracic surgeons and multidisciplinary teams
- Engage in advanced minimally invasive and robotic-assisted thoracic procedures
- Contribute to a patient-centered environment focused on excellence and innovation
- Assist thoracic surgeons in a wide range of surgical procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgeries
- Conduct pre-operative and post-operative assessments of thoracic surgery patients
- Provide direct patient care, including education, counseling, and post-surgical follow-up
- Collaborate with specialists in Lung & Respiratory Care, Digestive Care, and Cancer Care to ensure integrated treatment plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and care planning meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with institutional standards
- Facilitate diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, including bronchoscopy, mediastinoscopy, and thoracoscopy
