Physician Assistant – Primary Care PA-C Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate medical records
- Engage in patient education regarding wellness, prevention, and disease management
- Participate in phone call rotation as needed; no inpatient rounding required
