Physician Assistant (PA) - Primary Care Summary

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active and unrestricted California Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
- Certificate to dispense controlled substances (II-V)
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, preferably from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Demonstrated experience in primary care or family medicine settings
