The Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) will manage a daily schedule of 11-15 patients, performing a broad spectrum of responsibilities from initial consults and health histories to medication management and follow-up care. Board Certification is required, and an active Maine license is preferred for this role. Working autonomously and building strong patient relationships are key components of this position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable treating patients across the lifespan, including children, adults, and seniors, and should possess a strong foundation in both primary care and urgent care protocols.

The full-time schedule provides a healthy work-life balance with regular daytime hours, Monday through Friday, and no weekend or on-call shifts required. Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care to patients of all ages.
- Conduct patient histories, physicals, and new patient consults.
- Manage medications and coordinate ongoing care plans.
- Work independently while collaborating with physicians and other providers when needed.
- Document all encounters accurately using Epic EHR (preferred).
- Educate patients and families on health management, prevention, and wellness.
- Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
