As a Physician Assistant (PA-C) in this full-time, onsite role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive primary and specialty medical care under approved protocols and within your scope of practice. This includes diagnosing and treating acute and chronic medical conditions, performing thorough medical examinations, prescribing appropriate medications, and promoting preventive healthcare. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, mentor and educate both patients and staff, ensure timely referrals, and uphold the highest standards of patient care in a dynamic clinical environment.

Physician Assistant (PA-C) - Summary
- Deliver comprehensive primary and specialty medical care for patients in a clinical setting.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Support service members, veterans, and their families through high-quality, mission-driven healthcare delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of Physician Assistant services in primary and specialty care within the limits of training and privileges granted.
- Conduct medical examinations and screenings for routine, acute, and chronic conditions across all organ systems.
- Diagnose and manage a variety of diseases and injuries, including acute, chronic, and trauma cases.
- Recognize emergency conditions, initiate appropriate treatment, and refer complex cases as needed.
- Prescribe medications and immunizations in accordance with established protocols.
- Educate and counsel patients and family members on health maintenance, preventive care, and wellness strategies.
- Direct, teach, and mentor other healthcare staff, providing educational lectures and participating in staff training.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to facilitate high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in staff meetings, case discussions, continuing education, and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from an ARC-PA accredited institution.
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant (PA-C).
- Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Physician Assistant within the past five years.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
