As a Physician Assistant (PA-C) at Decypher, you will be responsible for providing a full range of services within your training and granted privileges. You will supervise and deliver general screening and medical care for patients with routine, acute, and chronic conditions. Your expertise will extend to providing immunizations, diagnosing, treating, and counseling patients, and promoting preventive health practices. The ideal candidate will have the skills to recognize emergency conditions, prescribe appropriate treatments, and refer complex cases to qualified medical personnel as needed. You will also have an integral role in educating staff and patients, promoting health maintenance, and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of Physician Assistant (PA-C) services in primary and specialty care under granted privileges.
- Supervise and provide general screening and medical care for routine, acute, and chronic conditions.
- Diagnose, treat, and counsel patients across all organ systems, promoting positive health behaviors and preventive care.
- Recognize and manage emergency conditions, prescribe approved medications, and refer complex cases to physicians as appropriate.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within the defined scope of practice.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless primary care services.
- Educate and mentor staff through lectures, in-service training, and case discussions.
- Promote health maintenance and self-care practices through individual and group education sessions.
- Attend staff meetings for ongoing education and continuous quality improvement.
- Support the Certified Medical Administrator (CMA) as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master of Science in Medicine from an accredited institution.
- Graduate from an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant (PA-C).
- Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience as a Physician Assistant (within the last 3 years).
- US Citizenship and active NACI clearance required.
