Physician Assistant – Occupational Health (PA-C) Summary- Full-time locum assignment in occupational health, focused on the assessment and management of workplace-related injuries and illnesses.
- Role based near Toms River, New Jersey, serving a diverse employee population.

- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations for employees.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Perform Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals and other regulatory exams as required.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including referrals to specialists as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational health professionals to coordinate care.
- Provide education and counseling to employees on occupational health and safety practices.
- Document patient encounters and maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in workplace health promotion and injury prevention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including completion of necessary documentation for work-related injuries, workers' compensation, and regulatory requirements.
