Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments and physical examinations
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests related to neurological conditions
- Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic neurological disorders
- Educate patients and families about neurological diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive health strategies
- Collaborate with neurologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Document patient encounters, procedures, and clinical findings in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education to remain current in neurology best practices
- Provide care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, as required by patient needs and departmental assignments
- Support patient transitions of care and follow-up appointments

Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current NCCPA certification (PA-C)
- Licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Physician Assistant in Michigan
