This full-time locum tenens assignment offers flexible scheduling options, including 10-12 hour day shifts and 14-hour night shifts, ensuring consistent patient care coverage. Physician Assistant – Cardiothoracic Critical Care (PA-C) – Summary- Provide expert patient care in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVSICU).
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to manage critically ill patients with complex cardiac and thoracic conditions.
- Deliver both daytime and nighttime ICU coverage as part of a flexible locum tenens assignment.

- First Assist experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-acuity clinical environment.
- Experienced PA-C with a background in cardiothoracic or critical care medicine.
- Comfortable performing procedures and managing complex ICU patients.
- Flexible and reliable, able to commit to sporadic, ongoing locum assignments through the end of 2025.
