Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist License (PT, DPT) or eligibility for licensure
- Proven leadership and communication abilities within a clinical or healthcare setting
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy or clinical operations management preferred
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop clinical staff
