Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Orthopedics Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions
- Conduct injury prevention and early intervention programs tailored to individual patient needs
- Perform ergonomic assessments and worksite safety evaluations
- Deliver post-offer employment testing and work conditioning services
- Educate patients on mobility, wellness, and long-term self-care strategies
- Accurately document patient progress using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Engage in ongoing professional development, including certification opportunities and continuing education
- Maintain open communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
