We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist (PT), Orthopedic Specialist, to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and ongoing clinical development in the field of orthopedics. The clinic offers a diverse orthopedic caseload, including postoperative rehabilitation, acute musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain management, return-to-activity progression, and functional performance training. Working alongside experienced clinicians, including OCS-trained therapists, you will have opportunities for mentorship, advanced clinical case discussions, and support in pursuing the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification.
As a Physical Therapist (PT), Orthopedic Specialist, you will perform comprehensive orthopedic evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and facilitate patient progress through all stages of rehabilitation. You will apply manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional movement training to promote optimal recovery. Collaboration with referring physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare providers is a key component of this role, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. - Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term musculoskeletal health strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
