- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferred: Outpatient experience, particularly in neurologic or vestibular rehabilitation.
- Preferred: Experience treating concussion, balance disorders, dizziness, stroke, or related neurological diagnoses.
