- Promote Elara Carings philosophy, mission statement and policies to ensure quality of care.
- Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs and outcomes, and consult with other specialists.
- Design and implement care plans based on assessments and patient goals.
- Direct support staff to achieve functional goals and maintain documentation and prescriptions.
- Provide leadership and act as a resource to promote physical therapy in the community.
- Work in a physically demanding environment with full range of body motion including lifting and transferring patients.
- May work irregular hours including call hours as applicable.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program.
- Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work.
- Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare facility.
- Must have a dependable vehicle, valid drivers license, and current auto insurance.
- Able and willing to travel up to 50% within the branch coverage area.
