- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license for the applicable state
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a healthcare facility, preferably in home health or rehabilitation
- Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned branch or office coverage area, up to 50%
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including assisting with patient transfers and moving equipment
