- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program.
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare facility, preferably in home health or a similar setting.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the designated service area.
- Physical capability to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
