Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited physical therapy program.
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license valid for practice in the state of employment.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a healthcare facility, preferably with home health experience.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the designated service area as required (up to 50%).
