- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (PT) in the relevant state.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with exposure to home health or rehabilitation.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the branch coverage area as required.
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds as necessary for patient care.
