Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health Summary- Deliver in-home physical therapy services to diverse patient populations.

- Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and current auto insurance required for travel between patient homes.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned branch coverage area (approximately 50% of the time).
