- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license valid for the state of employment.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a healthcare facility, preferably in a home health setting.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the designated coverage area as required by assignment.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
- Physical ability to lift and transport up to 100 lbs and perform other physically demanding tasks related to patient care.
